Wedding traditions vary from person to person and culture to culture, but one thing you can almost be certain of in American weddings is some form of a father-daughter dance.

While some people like to keep it simple, sharing a meaningful slow dance with their dads, others plan electric dance routines that leave the wedding guests stunned. Thanks to social media, we’re able to watch some of the most memorable father-daughter dances over and over again, which is undoubtedly what you’ll do with this one!

This father-daughter duo breaks out an energetic wedding dance to some of the world’s recent biggest hits.

When it comes to music and dance, the two art forms go hand-in-hand and play a huge part in bringing people together. The father-daughter dance tradition usually takes place after the bride and groom dance, but it wasn’t always that way. Originally, fathers would insist on having the first dance—until couples felt the need to change that tradition and reserve the first dance for themselves.
