All of his dance videos on YouTube have been gaining thousands of views – which is just proof that he is a remarkable dancer. This dancer from Orange County, California is a Champion Lindy Hopper and a two time World Swing Dance Champion. He is excelling in what he does and those are competing, performing, judging, and many more!

There is another notable dancer and she is Tessa Cunningham.

Alongside her husband and dance partner, Myles Munroe, they are Champion West Coast Swing dancers. They are ranked number one in Canada and second in the world. They’ve been performing, touring, and competing together since 2002.

But is it really easy?

Since it is seemingly unstructured and less technically strict, it might look really easy. But it takes a huge amount of confidence and skills to have an on-point improvised dance.

These two dancers succeeded in doing that.

They are presenting at the Jack and Jill at Summer Hummer 2011 and they were hailed as second placers. Well-deserved!

Ben and Tessa show us an outstanding West Coast Swing dance performance.

According to passion4dancing.com, West Coast Swing has “many back and forth moves, underarm turns, spins, and loops. Best of all, this dance has lots of room for improvisation, where partners can really express themselves to the fullest.”

Their chemistry on the dance floor is as clear as day.

And even the audience can obviously feel it. They nailed the two songs they used which are The Way You Make Feel and Funky Mama.

These two really deserve praises because all the dance steps they did were all improvised. They did not have those usual rehearsals before showing it to the crowd. But because of their natural talent, experiences, and skills, they made it look like they’ve been practicing it for a long time. They are really impressive!

“Absolutely phenomenal. Musicality on the fly that’s so clean and creative like this is one of the most challenging things in freestyle dancing. Bravo,” the commenter stated.
