Going to concerts is fun! You just never know what you’re going to see.

Everybody knows that music brings people together. Thus, it only makes sense that you can expect a fun time to be had at a concert. After all, being in a crowd of strangers who are in the same place for the same reason is pretty epic.

While concertgoers may look different from one another, there is clearly something they all share in common — the love for an artist and their music.

Another cool thing about attending a concert is, you just don’t know what to expect. Sure, there are setlists posted online and photos and videos shared by those who have gone before you. But each show is a uniquely different experience.

For example, take the audience members. They’re never quite the same in each and every city. Some shows might be more “wild” than others. Some shows aren’t as crowded. Other concerts might have children there.

Wait. Kids?

The thing is, bringing a kid to the show can really shift things in unexpected ways. Usually, kids at concerts wear earplugs and are carefully monitored by their parents. Both, of course, depend on the parents…

However, there are kids who stand out from the crowd for other reasons other than being young, particularly if they’re a fan of the music. Well, one kid at a Rascal Flatts concert took things a step further than simply standing out from the crowd — he stood on top of them.

Literally.

At the top of the bleachers, a young boy gets super pumped when LMFAO’s, “Sexy and I Know It” comes on. This kid is amped! The entire audience takes notice and seems to get involved in hyping him up. The best part about his performance is that he even gets the spotlight!

The audience claps in unison on the downbeat as the kid ascends and descends the stairs. His little arms flare from front to back and side-to-side. His mom watches him closely and smiles as any proud parent would. She really is his biggest fan! When he moves about the staircase, she holds her hand out, just in case he stumbles.

The little boy realizes early on that he has the audience in the palm of his hands. He claps his hands over his head, seemingly encouraging the audience to do the same. He even points at concertgoers as if to get them even more pumped.

The drop

Perhaps, the funniest moment is when he begins hopping around aimlessly between the seats. Clearly, he’s like a kid in a candy store. That uncontrolled bouncing and smiling say it all.

The audience has their cameras trained on him but he doesn’t seem to mind at all. When the bass drops for the second chorus of the song, it looks like Jr here might have watched a few music videos in his spare time. From the frantic screams of the crowd, it’s safe to say that they notice too.

The camera starts to get more crazy as the video progresses. Clearly, there were some effects added to the video that doesn’t really add anything to the video other than a slight headache. Even so, give the video a watch and get yourself pumped up for the day with the help of this kid!
