Every parent knows that dealing with their child’s behavior in public places can be quite overwhelming.

Kids are curious, and they usually run all over the place, never getting tired. We must spare a moment to admire every parent’s patience.

However, children can also be surprising and incredibly smart.

Take this little girl as an example. This video was posted in 2013, and as it begins we see a girl who is a little over a year old, running through the store. Today, she must be about eight years old! Dressed in pink with two pigtails and an adorable smile, this little girl will definitely make your day.

The little girl is running all over the store, and you can see that her mom is filming the whole thing.

A moment later, mom’s voice can be heard. She shouts “No running!” At first, the little one pretends not to hear her mom. She turns around and calmly replies “What?”

The kiddo is still running when her mom repeats herself, a little bit louder this time.

We must admit, the little lady is well behaved because she stops running immediately. But the music is still on—what can she do?

In an instant, the baby girl thinks of a solution.

She doesn’t have to run anymore, but she still has a way to get out some energy in the store with some interesting moves.

Before long, she’s dancing her way through the store instead, and mom can’t stop laughing.

It would be interesting to know if she danced her way through that entire shopping center!

This little girl is definitely thinking outside of the box—imagine how great things would be if everyone reacted with dance to every “no” they got in life?

It would be a pretty lovely world if that were the case—we’re all taking notes on this video!

In all, the way she found a loophole in her mom’s rules is hilarious… and a little too relatable.

This little dancer might think about being a lawyer when she grows up!

We must say that her dancing is very good for such a young child.

She’s on the beat, and you can clearly see that she’s got the groove down. She definitely feels the music, and her innocent reaction made us laugh a lot.

If there’s any lesson to take away from this, it’s that we could all use some of her way of looking at things.

The video was posted on John Wendel’s YouTube channel, and he promised to post more videos after they hit a million views. Let’s hope we’ll see more of the talented dancer!

Her dad must have laughed a lot when he saw the video.

The way his daughter adapted, improvised and overcame mom’s words is a lesson to all the parents out there—make sure you’re very specific with your rules! Or else, make sure you’re flexible when your children find ways to get around them.

Needless to say, this is the kind of cheerful thing we all need more of during quarantine.

We wish this little girl and her family all the best, and we can only hope there are more hilarious videos from them in the future. Meanwhile, this is how we’ll all be dancing through shopping centers when quarantine is finally over.
