Have you seen the hit film Footloose starring Kevin Bacon?
The 1984 movie features Kevin Bacon in peak form dancing along to Kenny Loggins’s hit of the same name.
Whether you’re familiar with the film or not, you’re gonna get a kick out of this.
Meet Preston Leatherman.
He’s a dancer of the highest order. And he really, really likes the song “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins.
The world is his playground.
Recently, his free-spirited fleet feet took to the local Target to make a music video of sorts.
He’s titled his magnum opus “Dancing with an iPod in Public.”
Even if you’ve never seen the movie nor heard the song (impossible), this one’s a hoot!
Set to the classic “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins, Preston tours a handful of public places.
His first stop? Target, the superstore.
With an iPod in hand and some rhythm in his soul, his fleet feet are ready to go!
The person approaching with the shopping cart has no idea.
This is gonna be a day she never forgets.
But Preston’s dancing isn’t confined to one single retailer.
No, not at all. He lets his feet fly free.
Wherever the beat goes, he goes.
Here he is at a Walmart.
That’s the most fun I’ve seen someone have at Walmart in… well, maybe ever.
With some editing trickery, he teleports back to Target, dancing from aisle to aisle.
The passersby look both delighted and confused.
Preston looks lost… in the music!
His feet are unconscious and uncontainable!
Nowhere is off-limits for Preston and his dancing feet!
Kenny Loggins’s unforgettable chorus occupies the airwaves… or at least Preston’s earbuds.

Kick off the Sunday shoes”
Preston seems like an awesome, free-spirited individual. Even his summary of the events is hilarious:
“I had this idea to go to a public place (in this case…the local shopping mall) and dance like no one’s business….the only catch is, there is an iPod in my ear, so no one else around me can hear the music. Heads turned. Jaws Dropped. Hilarity Ensued.”
He does what he wants, where he wants, when he wants!
Preston’s feet don’t just frequent retail stores, they’ll go basically anywhere!
They’re huge fans of the outdoors, too!
These lovely ladies get a free show along with their drinks. They look like they’re enjoying the extra company.
A group of kids at the mall join in on the festivities!
They’re not half bad!
Preston leads them through some hilarious choreography.
All the while, Loggins’s hit enlightens their steps.
Preston’s feet just won’t stop. They can’t stop!

His uncontrollable feet cause him to end up in front of a restaurant.
He gets some enthusiastic help there, too!
You can be like Preston, too!
Just grab some tunes and some dancing shoes!
Heck, you don’t even need shoes.
But you do need a penchant for fun!
You just can’t contain one who has no shame!
