The moonwalk has got to be among the most popular dance moves worldwide.

Michael Jackson changed dance history forever after introducing us to the back-slide, otherwise known as the moonwalk. Thousands of dancers have defied gravity dancing like the late MJ, but we’ve come across the guy from Poland whose incredible dancing will leave you in awe.

Kamil Szpejenkowski, best known as Sphinx, is a professional popping dancer from Poland.

Sphinx decided to display his impressive dance moves on TikTok and his moonwalk video went viral in just a couple of days. How about we check out the unbelievable footwork from Central Europe? Let’s go!

Although his videos became known across the globe in 2021, Szpejenkowski has been dancing his whole life.

That’s right. The guy from Poland with a signature rattail and colorful clothes is a dance mentor and Polish champion of IDO Electric Boogie.

Long before he stunned TikTok users, Kamil was a dance champion in his home country.

His official YouTube channel has got more than a thousand subscribers, and he has gathered almost 50k followers on Instagram.

Judging by the fact that ten times more people follow Szpejenkowski on TikTok, we expect those figures to grow higher each day.

Kamil made a smart move when he used the TikTok platform to share several dance videos.

Szpejenkowski is a perfect example of a guy who became an internet sensation overnight. Trust us, with his dancing skills, Kamil had it coming. Well-deserved popularity, that is for sure! As he shows in this video, the zebra crossing stripes are Kamil’s dance floor. Like all videos on TikTok, this one is a minute long.

It shows Kamil get out of a car to go for a dance while it’s still a red light, all as “Smooth Criminal” plays in the background.

Sphinx smoothly glides across the street, all the way to the zebra crossing, and displays some phenomenal moves.

Bypassers look at him, the guy simply attracts so much attention. Half a million likes worthy of attention, to be exact. It is not the only video of Kamil dancing on the streets of Krakow, Poland, but is certainly his most popular video so far.

We’ve seen the video blowing up on Twitter, Reddit, Facebook—everywhere. Great job, Szpejenkowski!

Still, we have to say: don’t try this on your own! Luckily, the video was marked with a caption that “the action in the video could result in a serious injury.” As fantastic as it looks to dance across the street crossing, please don’t do that at home.

It would be amazing if Szpejenkowski could film the full choreography!

Michael Jackson would be proud, and we would definitely be thrilled. Kamil said that he plans on expanding the channel.

We’ve marked those words because in our humble opinion, we’ve never seen such a smooth moonwalk since the King of Pop performed it in 1983 for the first time!

Keep up the good work Kamil as we keep an eye on you. We wish you a lot of success with future projects.
