Michael Jackson left the world the legacy, which inspired plenty of people around the world—his art of singing and dancing.

As MJ enabled many singers to be inspired and use their voices to show them their way to their success, there are also aspiring dancers who took the challenge to bring back his funky dance moves and take it to the next level. One of them is Ricardo Walker, a professional dancer and an acclaimed Michael Jackson impersonator.

Ricardo was a huge fan of Michael Jackson ever since he was a kid, and since then, he studied every dance move from each of his songs and accurately executed them on his own.

He was able to bust MJ’s funky moves on various stages, and even on some television shows.

As some people created derivations from Michael Jackson’s dance moves, Ricardo Walker tries to preserve them in their purest forms.

He eventually became an online dancing figure ever since he started doing dance covers and performances on YouTube in 2011.

One of the videos that skyrocketed him to fame was his video about the evolution of Michael Jackson’s dance.

The “Evolution of Michael Jackson” dance was a five-minute video he uploaded enumerating each of Jackson’s unique routines that MJ used throughout the years.

Ricardo made it an entertaining timeline in which he would perform the dances from 16 of Michael Jackson’s biggest songs in his entire career. Even so, Ricardo was not alone in performing the dances. Part of the Ricardo Walker crew was Patrick Tico, Gabriel Zaidan and Alexandre Mayrink.

In the video, the crew was able to interpret Michael Jackson’s dance routines accurately.

The crew started from the upbeat classic, “Don’t Stop ‘Til You Get Enough” from 1979 and swiftly transitioned to the snappy and energizing dance of “Beat It.”

After the flashy spins and air kicks, they moved on to 1982’s “Wanna Be Starting Something” and the dance that resurrected the dead: “Thriller.” Next was “Billie Jean,” the song that first popularized the crotch grab.

After that, the crew transitioned to the songs from the year 1987, which included dance routines from the songs “The Way You Make Me Feel,” “Bad” and especially the gravity-defying moves from “Smooth Criminal.” Soon came the more sophisticated disco routines from 1991 with the songs “Dangerous,” “Remember the Time,” “Black and White” and “Jam.” The crew continued to skim through the powerful dance routines from 1995 and the lone song from 1997, “2 Bad.” Finally, Ricardo’s crew performed the 2001 classic, “You Rock My World,” ending it with a quote from the Micheal Jackson documentary from 2009, This Is It.
