It’s been over two decades since the film The Mask, starring Hollywood actors Jim Carrey and Cameron Diaz, was launched. But, until today, their stellar performance is still recognized worldwide.

And If there is one unforgettable scene in the movie that is immortalized in the minds of the people who saw it, that would be the part where The Mask danced with Tina, Cameron Diaz’s character. The dance was a spectacular moment.
As Jim Carrey’s character frequently said in the movie, it is definitely “Smokin’!”
This is why when Maxim Kozhevnikov & Yulia Zagoruychenko were invited to perform in the 2007 World Super Stars Dance Festival held in Tokyo, Japan, choosing their material was a no-brainer. Of course, they have to do that dance number!
The power dance couple received the honor to introduce a new part in the said dance event. The addition was called the “Latin Show Dance” program and the dancers are nothing but excited and proud in being the first to participate in this amazing segment.
As soon as the music played in the air, the lights shone brightly on the dance floor and everyone got hyped up with the electrifying energy in the room. The excitement for the power dance couple is almost palpable!
Slowly, Yulia emerged from the sidelines, swaying her skirt as she gracefully stepped to the center of the ballroom. And just a few steps after her is Max, wearing the signature yellow suit of The Mask. His grin definitely matches the character, too!
One second they were walking slowly, the next moment they were running hand in hand towards the other side of the room. Now, that’s what I call energy!
They were skipping, hopping, and dancing as they quickly moved about in the room. It was like they were flying and their incredible vibe was entertaining everyone. The guests could not stop cheering them on.
The dance couple totally wowed their audience with the overflowing grace, entertainment and talent they provided for the crowd. Until Max grabbed Yulia’s flowy skirt, leaving the woman in her sexy mini-dress.
Max and Yulia were just starting. Now, it gets better.
The spotlight focused on Yulia, and she was more than willing to give her best performance to the audience who expected nothing less from a dance powerhouse like her. With moves are full of grace and elegance, she absolutely nailed it and won the hearts of the crowd.
Of course, the man who portrays The Mask won’t leave the spotlight that long. Max joined Yulia on the dance floor and together, they wowed the audience some more.
Each step and each move were captivating. they were moving with precision and grace, wide smiles never leaving their lips as they sashayed and bopped all throughout the performance. Awesome!
Even the way they ended their performance was an unforgettable part of the show. You simply can’t miss this magnificent display of talent!
