Do you have a favorite pop singer?

If you ask different people, you’re bound to get all kinds of different answers to that question. On the one hand, there are gre Bat artists like Mariah Carey and Whitney Houston who made a major impact in the 1980s. On the other hand, there are more contemporary singers like Celine Dion and Adele who have obviously won the hearts of millions. When it comes to the most contemporary artists who have done it all, though, there’s one name that tends to rise above the rest.

That’s right, we’re talking about Beyoncé.

Needless to say, the Queen Bey has made a huge world impact with her solo discography.

Although the opinions on Beyoncé can vary somewhat, it’s hard to deny how powerful her voice is and how technically skilled of a singer she is as well. For those reasons, her musical style has inspired all kinds of imitators around the world. If you’re going to cover a tough song by Beyoncé, though, you have to know what you’re taking on—and you have to have the skills to back it up.

That’s why this performance from three little boys was so impressive!

If you’re not watching yet, the show The World’s Best on CBS showcases all kinds of musical talents from around the world.

The trio in question are the TNT Boys, a Filipino boy band made up of three young boys who are only 13 and 14. Although they’re still young, their voices are already incredibly developed and powerful. As they step out on stage, it becomes clear after a moment that they’ve chosen to sing “Listen,” a song which requires plenty of passion and power to successfully clear.

But when the first little boy steps out, its clear this group is going places!

Right from the first notes of the performance, the TNT Boys show that they have talent to spare.

The song starts off relatively quiet. Although there are some technical flourishes to hit along with the notes, the group does it with ease and the crowd applauds. Shortly after that, though, the song opens up and the notes get a little bit higher. Still, the boys keep up with the pace no problem—and some of the judges can’t even believe it/

A moment later, the melody soars into the upper register—and the boys go right along with it!

By this point in the performance, the crowd is clapping about as loud as they can!

At one point in the song, host Drew Barrymore looks at her arms because they’re covered in goosebumps! Even though Beyoncé is an adult female vocalist, these three little boys make it seem like they were absolutely made to sing her song. Still, the best is yet to come! Although all three boys proved that they could solo, the ending has them singing together and harmonizing the ending.

At that point, even James Corden can’t even believe what he’s seeing.

Finally, the boys hit the last beautiful note—and the crowd erupts.

Although we’ve seen some incredible vocal performances before, it’s rare to see something so powerful and so controlled from three kids who are still so young! Beyond that, they definitely didn’t choose an easy song to sing—but it’s not the first time the TNT Boys chose a song to perform that no young child should be able to sing so masterfully. On another episode of the show, they took on “And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going.’ Needless to say, the crowd was completely blown away:

Because they’re still so young, there’s no telling what will happen to their singing careers.

Regardless, the TNT Boys have proven themselves as some of the most talented young singers on the planet. We’re definitely expecting great things from these three. In the meantime, we’ll be watching these clips on repeat. That whistle tone at the end of the second song? Mariah Carey would be proud.
