Before her days as the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton was a university student at the University of St Andrews.

Like many college students, she could occasionally be spotted out clubbing and having a pint out at the local pubs. But all of her late nights quickly came to an end when she met William, the current Duke of Cambridge, and her future husband.

And while late nights painting the town red are far behind her now, recent footage shows that Kate still knows how to have a good time.

Kate was spotted behind the DJ desk during her visit to the Scottish Violence Reduction Unit!

Who knew that DJing was on her list of duchess duties?

We can understand why she may need an outlet for creativity, and DJing seems like the perfect way to tap into her creative side. Sometimes, even royalty needs to let off some steam and try their hand at creative endeavors.

DJing doesn’t seem like the easiest of hobbies to spontaneously learn, so we have to hand it to her, she isn’t half bad!

With some practice and proper guidance, maybe Kate could sell out shows. Or at the very least, maybe she can play a few tunes at the annual Christmas party.

Or maybe not.

According to one audience member, the Duchess shouldn’t quit her day job.

Prince William can be heard in the background of the video telling Kate “it sounds like a cat” and that it was hurting his ears.

It’s always refreshing to hear a story amongst the royal family that reminds us that they, too, are just ordinary people who playfully tease one another.

But we hope that Kate’s musical side isn’t left alone for too long. There could be some untapped potential in there somewhere!

We’re always excited to catch a glimpse into the lives of William and Kate, and there’s no better time than during a royal tour.

This has been a busy time amongst the royal family – and there has been no shortage of royal news this spring season!

And not all of their press has been good.

Luckily, the Royal tour was a step away from the bigger dramas unfolding in the background.

The duo also visited Fife and Edinburgh. And while they were excited to explore Scotland’s various towns and cities, the Duke and Duchess also took time to visit with frontline healthcare workers, volunteers, military, and emergency responders.

Prince William also hopes to discover how various organizations are working towards solving problems in their local communities, including homelessness, addiction, and mental health problems in communities around Scotland.

Let’s just hope he doesn’t have to do it to the sound of Kate’s DJ skills.

William’s main goal, however, is to recognize the countless hours and extreme risk frontline workers have faced over the previous 15 months.

It’s safe to say that their ongoing sacrifice and commitment s have been nothing short of vital during the ongoing pandemic.

After this Royal tour, we can only hope that maybe the Duchess will discover a few other hobbies, as well.

As a woman of many talents, we can’t help but wonder how she would be at breakdancing and wakeboarding.
