Not all of us were born to be rockstars. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t crank up the music, grab a fake microphone, and pretend that we are.

Many kids jam out in their bedrooms to their favorite artists, and surely some adults do too. But for those who grow up on a dairy farm – there’s another spot that can be used as a concert stage. We’re talking about the barn, of course!

One set of “small-town” sisters have won the internet’s heart with their epic performance. And yes, it takes place inside of their family’s barn.

The Wright sisters live on a dairy farm in DeKalb, New York. One day, they treated the cows (and the internet) to quite the show!

14-year-old Madisyn, 12-year-old Bailey, and eight-year-old Peyton are wearing their work clothes and boots in the video. Get ready to smile as they let their hair down and start rocking out to Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin.'”

Two of the sisters transform their fists into microphones so they can sing their hearts out. Bailey on the other hand begins raking (because someone’s gotta get some work done, right?). No worries, she quickly jumps in on the fun as well!

These ladies know their Journey.

During the video, they dance and sing the classic lyrics like they’ve heard “Don’t Stop Believin'” a thousand times before. They even bust out their electric guitars for the performance. While two are imaginary, young Peyton improvises with a pitchfork.

If you grew up with siblings, you might feel beamed back to childhood.

The sisters appear to be having a blast together, singing and dancing “like no one’s watching.” Many of us did this type of thing when we were kids too. Although, it probably didn’t make it to the internet (if there even was an internet).

The cows get front row seats to their awesome performance.

Just like real rockstars, the trio is surrounded by an audience (only their crowd members have four legs). It seems very obvious that they love their animals!

They actually created the video to show their support.

Many dairy farmers have filmed their own singing and dance performances, sharing them online with the hashtag #dairydanceoff. The purpose of the internet challenge is to spread joy during a difficult time of low milk prices.

According to NNY 360, the girls’ dad (John Wright) said:

“Right now, the dairy industry is in a crisis. This Dairy Dance Off was kind of designed to bring positivity to a negative time, that’s all it was for. We don’t want the story to be three little girls who went viral and that’s it. We want it to be three little girls who went viral with a message.”

It’s two minutes and forty seconds of pure fun.

Who says a great performance needs to have all the glitz and glamour? These sisters are lifting spirits across the internet, simply by letting loose in their barn.

One YouTube user commented:

“This is my go to video when I need a smile. What adorable girls!”
