University students are under stress every single day as they attend classes and lectures.

They only have a few short windows to catch a break throughout the day, and one of them is during lunch. As some students at UNASP-EC University were using their free time to catch up with friends while filling their stomachs, something amazing happened.

A man suddenly stood up and attracted everyone’s attention.

As most students were just minding their own business at the cafeteria, a man suddenly stood up with a microphone in his hands and started vocalizing.

To their surprise, a larger group of people soon followed after with their harmonic voices to finish the rest of the sentence: “Can anybody find me somebody to love?” The students had no idea what was going on and most of them looked at the singers with a stunned look.

The singers wowed their unsuspecting crowd with a Queen classic.

The flash mob performers sang Queen’s “Somebody to Love,” a classic that debuted on the band’s 1976 album called A Day at the Races.

The singers were already lined up at the wide space of the UNASP-EC University cafeteria, and another female singer took the lead to sing the song’s lyrics.

The choir at the center accompanied their male and female lead singers as they roamed around serenading students at every cafeteria table.

It just keeps getting better and better at every second of their performance.

The lead singers slowly waltzed in front together with the rest of the performers as they perfectly skimmed through the lyrics of the song.

The lead vocalists splendidly ran their vocals for every part of the song, and they all complemented each other with dulcet harmonies. Moreover, the choir just got bigger and bigger and their voices reverberated across the cafeteria.

The choir belted their angelic voices to accompany the lead singers and the results were amazing.

They were even joined by a drummer and a guitarist to keep the vibrant flow of the song running. The cafeteria performance was just as great as any performance you might hear at a concert hall. The singers were so well trained—it’s hard to imagine how many hours they must have in practicing this song!

At the end of the show, the students rewarded the performers with loud cheers and a big round of applause.

The curtain dropped as the performers raised their arms while finishing the final vocal line of the song.

When the six-minute performance finally ends, you’re sure to have goosebumps.

The performers were able to put up quite a show and lifted all the stress from the student at the school.

After the show, the performers just carried on eating as if nothing big had happened. The video was originally uploaded at UNASP’s channel and was also featured on another YouTube channel called Flash Mob Geek.

The video reached 2.9 million views at UNASP while the clip racked up 828,000 views elsewhere.

The performers were from a group called Academia da Voz, and their performance was sort of a farewell performance signifying the end of the school year. The university students were certainly lucky that they were able to witness such an excellent performance!
